Marketing on one side, systems on the other
I grew up outside Detroit and I am finishing a BBA in Digital Marketing and Information Systems at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, graduating December 2026. The two halves of that degree are the point. I can work on the campaign idea and the data that measures it.
My coursework and projects run through campaign analysis, customer journey strategy, performance marketing, and business data analysis. Alongside that I have taken brand positioning and paid media apart on companies like Airbnb and Shopify. I like the part where a messy spreadsheet turns into a decision someone can act on.
Outside of school I am an Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell, running a location that does about $2.86 million a year with a team of 15 or more. It is not marketing, but it is where I learned to read performance numbers, schedule against them, and tell someone early when a plan is not working.
Creative and technical in the same person
01
Campaign craft
Copy, creative direction, and channel choices built to fit a brand, from a B2B LinkedIn concept to seasonal ad creative.
02
Systems knowledge
Excel dashboards and PivotTables, Power BI visuals, and relational database design in Access. Enough to organize the data myself.
03
Business judgment
Comfortable talking labor cost, promotional lift, and what a campaign has to return before it is worth running again.
04
Team leadership
Three years leading a 15 person team through shifts, training, and process changes that had to hold up on a busy night.
Detroit, travel, and a lot of photos
Shooting my own photos is part of how I learned content. Everything on this site was taken on my phone.
